Terms of sale, refund policy, and non disclosure/non compete agreement:

***REO Intelligence is not affiliated with, nor do they have any partnership, joint venture, or any business relationship with any company whose contact information they provide or whose company name is mentioned or listed within this product or on their website.

There should be no surprises when purchasing our Asset Manager Contacts. Besides Asset Managers, the other contact's job titles will vary from company to company. Also, besides Asset Managers, we do not guarantee any other specific job titles to be included in any particular company database.

The total number of contacts for each company will also vary from company to company. The number of contacts for each company can be found by clicking here.

All products are available for download upon purchase. Customers will be issued a password upon ordering that will be used to download the information. Customers will have 30 days to download the product(s) after purchase. You will only get one (1) attempt to download each of your products. We do this to prevent the link to the download page from being shared which could result in unpaid downloads. Be sure to save your product(s) to your computer immediately upon downloading them to prevent losing them.

We make no guarantees that brokers, agents, appraisers, contractors or any other of our customers will receive listings, BPO assignments, appraisal assignments, or any other business from our information or that any of the companies in our database are accepting new vendors in any geographic location. We cannot possibly know this.

No refunds will be issued on purchases of the Elite REO Agent Package, the Full REO Asset Manager Database, or any packages of more than one company. We encourage all customers to purchase an individual company first if they are unsure about purchasing the full database of contacts.

Refunds will also not be issued for the BPO Intelligence, REO Prospecting 101, REO Appraiser 411, Bulk REO 411, REO Contractor 411, or the REO Investor 411 products.

We do offer a seven (7) day 100% money back guarantee on purchases of individual company Asset Manager contact lists, if and only if, 30% or greater of the email addresses provided are not valid within 7 days of your purchase. We will test all contact information that we provided if a refund is requested. For any refund requests that meet this criteria, please contact us via email at support@reointelligence.com.

By purchasing products from us, you are agreeing not to disclose the information you receive with any other person or entity. You also agree not to redistribute or sell any of the information we provide you in any form. Any person or entity found distributing any portion of our information without our consent will be prosecuted.

Furthermore once you are aware of these terms, even if you did not directly purchase our information, but instead received it from a third party, you are bound by these terms. Meaning once you are in possession of any of our information and then made aware of these terms, you may not redistribute or sell any of the information in any form. Any person or entity found distributing any portion of our information without our consent will be prosecuted.
